Plot summary

Paul (Richard Bohringer) is a computer operator who works for a bank in Brussels. He has just ended a long and unhappy relationship with his girlfriend, who cheated on him with his best friend. Paul is depressed and cynical about love, and decides to focus on his work and hobbies, such as playing chess and collecting stamps. He also vows to never look at any woman who crosses his path, even if she is attractive or interested in him.
